How it works

A short guide to buying from TimSeven, from the first email to the box at your door.

  1. Limited, numbered editions

    Every collection comes out once, in a fixed number of sets. Each set has its own number.

  2. Pre-order, then production

    We make the collection after you pay. The shipping month is stated on the collection page.

  3. Early access

    People on a collection’s list and subscribers to TimSeven news receive a personal link 48 hours before open sales. You can opt out of any collection with one click.

  4. Your number

    Numbers are issued in the order payments arrive. A number cannot be chosen.

  5. Payment and delivery

    Pay by card, PayPal or USDT. We ship to the countries listed at checkout. Customs duties and taxes of your country are paid by the buyer on receipt.

  6. When a collection is sold out

    Leave your email and we will tell you if a number is released.

  7. Cancellation and refunds

    You can cancel until production starts. Details are in the returns and cancellation terms.
