Returns and cancellation

Each collection is a limited, numbered pre-order shipped internationally, so the terms below are stricter than for a regular store.

Cancellation before production

You can cancel a pre-order and receive 100% of the amount paid until your order has gone into production. Once production of the batch has started, cancellation is no longer possible.

You can return the set within 14 days of delivery.
The set is returned complete only: seven tees without signs of wear and with tags, the box, the prayer mat in its pouch, and the scent in its factory packaging.
Not refunded: shipping costs, and duties and taxes of the buyer's country. The buyer pays for return shipping.
Defects: we replace the set or refund it in full, including delivery, at our expense. Please tell us within 30 days of delivery and include photos.

Money is returned by the same method you paid with (card, PayPal or USDT) within 10 business days after we have received and checked the set.
After a refund, your number returns to sale and you lose the right to it.
